Great Lengths Booking policy

We do not give prices for Hair Extensions over the phone, we require seeing your hair in person during a consultation to give an exact quote. The purchase of your hair will form your deposit, then the application cost is to be paid on the day of the appointment.

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express.

We can also take payments over the phone.

We do not accept cheques.

Booking & Deposit policy

We reserve the right to ask for a deposit for larger services for weekend or seasonal appointments. We will inform you of the amount and if a deposit is required upon booking. We are now taking deposits for all new clients on all services. There is a charge of £30 for services under £80 and a charge of £50 for services £80 and over. This amount is non refundable but redeemable against your appointment on the day.

Cancellation/No show Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment please allow a 48 hour notice period. After this time you will be charged 50% of your service cost. If you cancel on the day or fail to show for your appointment you will be charged the full cost of your service.

In order to make future appointments this payment will need to be made.

Skin/Patch Testing

It is salon policy and an industry requirement to skin test all clients that haven’t visited within a 6 month period and this will be recorded on your client record card. We may ask you to sign to show you have a received a skin test during consultation.

If you haven’t visited us before we will need to arrange a skin/patch test before we are able to book you for a colour appointment.
